Details & sign-up →Untangle Your Mind is for the broad range of people navigating a full life, wherever you are in your relationship to mental health support.
How your thoughts, emotions, and reactions get tangled together, and why that tangle makes ordinary decisions feel so much harder.
The specific patterns and pressures, the "noise," getting in the way of your boundaries, your decisions, and your follow-through.
Practical tools for setting boundaries, making grounded decisions, and responding with more intention.
To a wellness practice that's actually yours, with one concrete next step to carry past the series.
This is for you if:
If that sounds like you, we built this for you.
A low-barrier introduction to the Untangle Your Mind framework: a look at how to start separating your thoughts, feelings, and reactions so life feels less tangled. This session is meant to be accessible: come as you are, no experience needed.
Co-facilitated by Christine Jones, LCSW and Johnnie Geathers, LSW, this outdoor session blends gentle movement, guided meditation, and creative expression: space to breathe and reset as you move through the series.
The deeper dive. This in-person session at Community Forge puts the framework into practice: choose the level of participation that fits how you learn best.
For those who learn best by listening, reflecting, and observing, without the pressure to speak in groups.
